Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before delivery only
- Once material is loaded and dispatched, cancellation is not possible

Returns Policy
We accept returns in the following cases:
✅ Eligible for Return:
- Wrong material delivered
- Damaged material delivered
- Quality does not match order specification
❌ Not Eligible for Return:
- Material already used or mixed
- Change of mind after delivery
- Quantity issues not reported at time of delivery

- Our team will inspect and verify the complaint
- Replacement or refund will be processed within 3-5 working days
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa
- Refund processing time: 3-5 working days
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
